Normandy Park Villa is conveniently located in the center of Normandy Park just minutes from the major freeways and one block away from grocery, pharmacy, laundry services, pet store, gas station, hardware store, restaurants and much more. You will find schools, parks, police and a fire station close to your new apartment home. We are also right on the bus line 121 and 166 for easy access to the greater Seattle area and minutes away from the Tukwila & SeaTac Light Rail Stations. We are also pet friendly with some restrictions.
Normandy Park Villa is locally owned by a private partnership in the Seattle area. Our buildings were constructed in 1975 and completely remodeled. Our current property owners purchased Normandy Park Villa in 1998 and immediately set about to make improvements.
They constructed a pitched roof over the bedrooms; installed double-pane windows with screens, new appliances, new counter tops, new carpeting, and new or refinished cabinets. They gave the buildings a new coat of paint inside and out, enlarged and remodeled the laundry room, replaced fencing, and added attractive landscaping. Improvements have continued throughout the years.

Kitchens are remodeled with all appliances (including dishwasher and garbage disposal). Adjoining dining area features a large picture window. Bathrooms are bright with windows to provide natural light and ample ventilation.
Our 24-hour laundry facility is located in the center of our community. This well-lit amenity features coin-operated washers and dryers, as well as a folding table.
Our grounds feature a basketball hoop and play court which is located in the center of our community. It is completely separate from driveways and parking lots. We offer a beautiful Seasonal pool and sun deck to enjoy the warm summer weather.

No Smoking Policy - We do not allow smoking anywhere on the property. That includes inside the apartment buildings and on balconies.
Pet Policy- Here at Normandy Park Villa we do not allow dogs of any kind, except for service animals. Cats are welcome with an $300 deposit, which is refundable at move out in the absence of any cat related damage. Other small animals are considered on a case by case basis.
